Stewart II

A haptic interface designed for a self-driving car. Stewart II enables a haptic dialogue between car and driver, providing the driver with high-level control over the autonomous vehicle. The prototype is fully interactive and is being used for user research and testing in a simulator study. The final objective is to design a haptic language that enables intuitive communication between man and machine for a satisfying driving experience.

Bimgec

The Bio Inspired Micro Gravity Exercise Concept is a workout machine designed to offset the osteoporosis, muscular atrophy and psychological issues associated with long term space travel. Bimgec emulates weight in zero gravity for weight training and aerobic workouts. It incorporates a unique eccentric bias system to increase the effective load during the eccentric phase of a rep. Bimgec was designed for an open call for technologies by NASA for use in their Orion capsule for future manned interplanetary missions, which it won.

The Workstation is totally redesigned compound machine tool, which is destined for drivers brake valves checking. The Workstation includes following parts: workplace, EPDB stand, part for reservoirs with compressed air, part for brake valve controller, command circuit interrupter, manual control valve and connecting modules. The device was designed taking into account all the ergonomic requirements and has many advantages. The design was logically structured according to the work process, aesthetic principles and ergonomics to reach harmony and unity of every detail and the whole composition.
