Which Design Terms and Conditions set the rules and conditions for using whichdesign.org. Using Which Design means agreeing to the rules below, so please read every section carefully before you continue. Please be aware that these terms cover the use of our website, while separate terms may apply during newsletter subscription or sign-up, and separate terms apply if you decide to submit a design to us.

1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Which Design Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Which Design, available at https://whichdesign.org, and of all pages, features and content of whichdesign.org. By accessing or using Which Design, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to be bound by Which Design Terms and Conditions, the Which Design Privacy Policy and the Which Design Cookies Policy. If you agree, you are welcome to continue using Which Design, and otherwise we ask you to stop using Which Design. The publisher of Which Design is identified in the Which Design Impressum.

The engineering designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Which Design belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties and related rights. Each work is shown on Which Design for editorial purposes, and the presentation of a work on Which Design leaves every single right with the respective owners.

Original materials of Which Design. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Which Design are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Which Design. You are welcome to read Which Design and to share links to pages of whichdesign.org for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior and explicit written permission from the publisher of Which Design, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of whichdesign.org, except where the law expressly allows.

Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Which Design infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a written notice through the Which Design Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Which Design reviews every notice promptly and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.
